Apparently the site is still in beta, as an email I got from Customer Service indicated by saying they were still in the "teething" stage.
 I fired off ANOTHER email last night when the game halves STILL weren't up, telling them that "typically you don't force people to
pay for something that's still in beta testing and this site is very much still in beta! There's no proper search engine, there's no way to get to
the Library except by clicking away hoping you get there, the vids are taking forever to get put up and there's nothing in the 'Latest' link which
is the ONLY link you make available on every page."
If I have to fire off another email I'll be mentioning how the quality is SHIT and if this is what I'm going to get for 10 bux a month starting next month, they can forget my business and I'll be actively campaigning against their service. Bloody bludgers.
